I am using the 3.2beta, and I am trying to find a way to add an open document to a project. Is there a way? or do I have to maunally go to that document's directory and add the file?

Switch to the Project tab in the Workspace window, click with the right mouse button on the project icon or folder in which you want to add file and choose "Add active file to project" or "Add active file to folder" command.
