Can I use it as a Fortran Editor?, I want to be able to press something like "Compile", or "Run", and see the output of the program. So, can I link GWD with my F90 compiler to do just that?

You can use user tools (see Tools command from the Options menu) to compile the active file. It is also possible to turn GWD Text Editor into IDE for Fortran by developing a project driver for Fortran compiler but this is not so simple (see Projects menu for more details)
