I redefined F2 and F3 keys to access the FileSave and FileOpen dialogs, ala Borland. However, when no files are open, the FileOpen hotkey doesn't work and I have to go through the menu to bring up the Open Dialog. Not a fatal error, but it is annoying. The HotKeys assigner also isn't updating the menus with the text showing changed assignments, e.g. F3 still shows as shortcut for FindNext.

Short-cut keys works only when you have a opened document.
This is because internal organization of the GWD Text Editor keystroke macro language.
