How can I print line # at the left side of my code lines? I can view the line # during editting and can not print them out on paper.

Printing line numbers have high priourity in the feature list for next release, but I am not sure if it will be finished for version 3.0

you could always write a GWD script to create a new document, and place the line numbers in the new document.

In the version 3.0 beta, you can also select a column block and generate line numbers with the Fill Column Block command.
