The current NextWindow and PrevWindow commands uses the z-order of a document to go to the next and previous window. Can you rather add the window handles of the documents to a list (when opening a document) and then use this list instead of the z-order. This will ensure that the documents are accessed in sequence since z-order changes as documents receive focus.

You can use Prev/Next Window Order plug-in to change window order for PrevWindow and NextWindow commands. Because this plug-in relies on v3.0 GWD Text Editor APIs, you must also download and install GWD Text Editor 3.0 beta version ( http://www.gwdsoft.com/beta)
