I have a great idea for your product. Can you
make the File Open work with an SQL server
so that a text field could be updated? This
would allow me to use something other than
the textarea tag to make changes to large text
fields.

I would like to pay for this plug-in or learn how
to do it. This is important for updating dynamic
web content stored in usually MySQL.

It would be like typing this message into your
program and posting it to the web site and
saving it in its raw format.

Please let me hear your suggestions on this.

I could see this as a new tool in gwd where it runs a custom perl script to insert the contents of the editor into your SQL database.
